Exercise: Yes, 10 min warm up, Strength Upper Body - 30 min, 10 min post workout stretch, Golf - 9 holes walk. Feels so good to be back to sweaty workouts. I know I should ease into a bit, but I am so excited to be back.

The day started pretty good but work ran 2.5 hours late so I ate a darn Big Mac and medium fries on the run and waited for an hour for my FREE Total Gym XLS to be dropped off. One of my best friends didn’t want it anymore.

Like many, I've got 3 Pass Days this month.
Today, I was more careful about tracking throughout the day and making an evening adjustment for a big lunch.

It was a Summer's day here in Montpellier, well above 20°! Everybody walking around in T-shirts. I had a real sensation of pure happiness, like I haven't had for months and months; I've felt rather depressed or at best, "not bad".
Exercise: Yes, walked for over 1 1/2 hours. The swimming pool was closed, unfortunately.
Calories: Yes, stuck to planned meals and snacks, stayed under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything faithfully.5 -

Forgot to post yesterday.
Saw doctor in the morning about concerns with medication. Concerns mostly answered so started that night.
Busy work day too with phone conferences till late. Did not get out to walk. Was not motivated enough to do bodyweight.

Yes x 3 but I barely eeeked our a formal workout at 20 minutes. Tracking is a way of life and I was on budget.
