Interconnected Apps

I use MyFitnessPal for logging food, a Withings Move to track steps and sleep, and Zero Fasting to keep track of my fasts.

Just seeing what other apps and/or combinations people find helpful. What are their pros and cons? Are some easier than others?

    I really like the variety of fasts that Zero offers, up to and including customizing my fasts.
