Exercise: Yes, got a 30 minute Hip PT/squats/step-ups done at home
Calories: Yes, almost 200 under
Logged: Yes
Regarding logging: As the main "CHEF" in the family (it's just my husband and I now), I know what we're eating everyday so I pre-log it all. I may change my mind at some point, or hubby may ask for something different, but generally I find if I pre-log our meals and snacks it's much easier to stick to my calorie and macro goals.8 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes sir!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Barely, but yes!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Uh huh!8 -

Exercise? Si. 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Within my calorie plan? Ja.
Tracked everything? Oui.
Being in maintenance, I try to eat enough calories to keep my weight stable. My calculations show that my exercise calories from my linked Fitbit are fairly accurate (perhaps a tiny bit low), so of course I eat back the exercise calories. Since my activity can vary, I try to eat a more steady amount daily, even if some days that puts me in the red on MFP. All part of the plan!8 -
Yes x 3
I've been using most of my exercise calories, but I'm sure I need to stop because I need to see more scale victories!😊7 -

This week I'm struggling with being patient. (I want to reach my first goal NOW!!) I need to work on this, I know. Especially since I know that if I go too fast a) it's not healthy and b) I will have more of an issue with loose skin if I don't do it right.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I'm still resting my pulled hamstring from yesterday, but I did some stretching and planks.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes with almost 500 left over, but went over my fat macros again. It's so hard to get all the protein I want without fat. (And I'm still not even close to my protein goal every day lol)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, although I almost skipped. That's the reason I joined this challenge though so I put on my big girl panties (and my running shoes
) and hit the treadmill. 25 minutes there plus a yoga video.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes. I log my breakfast and lunch as soon as I get to work, but dinner usually has to wait until evening. I'm not always sure what I'm going to make until I get home (need to work on the meal planning thing).7 -

Slow and steady keeps me on the path.
The calories and macros were very well managed today. I got my exercise done this morning so I get to relax for the rest of the day.

I try to track breakfast and lunch before dinner so I can plan dinner accordingly. I tend to be compulsive, so I limit the time I can be online.
RE eating back exercise calories — I use TDEE calcs with my Apple Watch to average out where I’m at and try to keep my deficit below 500 - including exercise calories. I also try to keep my macros in check. I was so under on protein before I started to pay any attention to those numbers. Today I knew I was going out to dinner (okay, happy hour) so I jumped on the bike which was good because ... pina coladas. I’m trying to do this slowly so my old skin has a better chance of tightening up and so that I may be able to sustain this new healthy eating/exercise lifestyle without feeling deprived, ergo pina coladas.8 -

Yes to all three!
It's only my second challenge but I don't eat back my workout calories. My goal is to lose weight but when I meet my goal and need to maintain this may change.
Some days I may end up eating back like 20 or 30 calories but out of 250+ workout calories I consider that a gray area.5
