NEW THREAD- Watch this thread for daily Pop-up Challenges!
These Daily Challenges will be posted by no later than 9am on any day they are valid and must be completed by 3pm that same day in order to earn a ticket in the weekly drawing. These are not going to be consistently planned on any specific day, so you will want to check in on the group daily to see if there is a new daily challenge.

2/18 Daily Pop-up Challenge!
Today's challenge is to get up and move. Find ways to be more active at work today. Walk to a co-worker's desk instead of IM or e-mail, park further away from the door, Use a break area on a different floor. Stand up and stretch every hour.
If you add movement to your day before 3 pm to earn a ticket for the weekly drawing on 2/25.
Post below what movements you added today!

Done - I took a walk to hand out bowling forms to all teams. added in 2 extra trips on the stairs for more steps.1

Done - Took the long way to refill my water. Might make this a habit.0

Plan on using the upstairs fountain to refill my water bottle instead of the downstairs one that's incredibly close by.1

Surprise! Pop-up Challenge on a Monday!
Happy Monday! Today's challenge is a water challenge. Drink five - 8oz servings by 3pm ( 6pm for Supervisors on 2nd shift) and post that you have completed the challenge and you will get an extra ticket in tomorrow's drawing!0 -

2/27 Daily Pop-up Challenge!
Sometimes to get back on track we need to readjust our focus. Today's Challenge is to take 5 minutes out of your day to sit quietly and meditate, or think on where you are on your C2BF path.. Think about something you can do to improve your focus and goals to get you to where you want to be. Write this thought down for yourself somewhere that you will see it often. If you have completed this challenge by 3pm and posted on this thread, you will earn a ticket in the weekly drawing for next Tuesday, March 3rd.0 -

3/5 Daily Pop-up Challenge!
This week is about being more active, so today's pop-up challenge is too!
Take time out today to do one or more of the following activities(this can be all at once or in small amounts through the day):
1. Use the stairs both going up and down 3 times today
2. Take a 15 minute walk
3. do 50 wall pushups
4. Do 30 squats
Post when you have completed at least one of these challenge options before 3pm to be entered into the weekly drawing on 3/10. Don't forget to check your weekly challenge and that OFFICIAL WEIGH IN IS NEXT WEEK!

3/9 Daily Pop-up Challenge!
How about calling today Move Monday! Today's Challenge is another one to get you up and moving.
Take time out today to do at least one of the following options:
1. 10 minutes of stretching (This can be at your desk doing small stretches or anywhere!)
2. walk 5 laps around the call floor downstairs, use the stairs to get down and back.
3. 30 squats
4. 1 minute plank ( if you cannot complete a full minute plank- do it is smaller parts to total a minute!)
Post when you have completed at least one of these challenge options before 3pm to be entered into the weekly drawing on 3/10.
Don't forget to check your weekly challenge and that OFFICIAL WEIGH IN IS TOMORROW!
