Hey! So I hear all the time you need to be in a calorie deficit and burn more than your consuming. Problem is I dont know how many im burning when doing a workout class and other activities. I am wondering if the "calories burned" on your fitbit is an accurate source to go by? I know that includes what your body burns just letting you live and breath but, if my calorie intake is less (by a good amount) than what that says im at for the day, is that fine to go off of to keep me on track?

Many people find that the calories burnt reported by their Fitbit is a good match to what they're actually using. It works for me.2
