Calories: I used my exercise calories because of yummy sunday breakfast.

I gues I have only 1 pass day since I used my exercise calories two times.
NSV: This is the first time I am so strick about tracking everything I eat and drink. Most days I wan to skip exercising but I remeber the challenge and tell myself "ok just 20 mins, go out and walk" then, usually I end up walking 45-60 mins daily.11 -

NSV is continuing to get stronger and more toned. Noticing more muscles on my stomach too. Though now that my gym is closed I think that will be harder to keep upI'm still doing in-home exercises in my apartment but it's not quite the same as the whole-body climbing and leaping I'm used to.
