On the 16th, I always recommend that you go back and read yesterday’s NSV posts by our team members. Please post your NSV if you have not already done so.8

I always LOVE the 16th!! By the end of the day, the next-day / later time zone reporters have managed to get their 15th results / NSVs posted, so there is a whole new swath to read through7

Anyone heading over the the "What's on your mind?" page - to try and lighten things up, I left the question "What do YOU like to do in your spare time (non-exercise) and invited leaving pics if desired. I mentioned where to find images of the 5D Diamond kits like the emus I posted on the 14th. HUGE range of sizes, topics and skill levels available. I will leave a pictue of my current knitting project later today.8

Better sleep last night. Likely because I was exhausted and I took my medication early in the evening instead of just before sleeping.
Experimenting on moving medication to earlier in the day to improve sleep.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, walked 80 minutes in nature, plus went to the grocery store, which was a scary experience -- long lines and empty shelves.
I bought takeout salad and wondered if I should stop doing that because of the pandemic. The salad bar is open to the public, not only the food, but someone could touch the plastic containers. We don't have reports of anyone with the virus here, but few people have been tested. I'm in Pennsylvania, about an hour from Washington, D.C.

I had a staff meeting today to tell them that we do have financial reserves but we must do everything that we can to cut losses over the next two months. We are observing social distancing and extreme cleanliness measures.
