Hi everyone, I've never been part of a group on MFP before (didn't even know they existed) but I stumbled upon this one! Feel free to add me as a friend
I've been trying to lose weight for about a year and a half. I was in grad school and for 2 years straight I gained 15 pounds each year without any real big diet changes. My doctor was confused as to how and why it happened especially so quickly considering I've always been on the athletic/fit side.
Anywaaaaay flash forward and I'm 50+ consecutive days into MFP and I'm basically restarting again--weighed myself this week and it was not good. I've lost up to 2 pounds in those 50+ days but the next week it'll be gained back. I'm hoping this group can help motivate me and support one another with our weekly weigh-ins and I can actually lose weight and keep it off more than a week
Current weight: 168.4
Goal weight: 145/140 (we'll see when I get there--I like muscleee)
