I added some weights and did the Living Room one. LOL We went for a walk last night with the two youngsters. Libby Lu was adorable as usual. Kept Barney on a leash. Only saw two other folks. Nice secluded area by the river. There was even a flock of turkeys off the path. Tried to take a picture. Not so good.

Two walks for me today, too! Once around our park and once over to No Name. I have over 3,000 steps!! That's a lot for me! Let's see what tomorrow brings.

We walked again today. I got 4,232 steps so far. We got an alphabet book for Ronan that has his name on it and a picture of a little boy with his color hair. Sara said he loved it when they read it this afternoon.

So I walked today while speaking to a good friend of mine Tracy for 50 minutes. A little bit of a shoulder to cry on for both of us.
And then this evening my husband L3s ella and I threw a 15 minute HIIT routine. Short but sweet. Bell has been struggling a little bit with exercise so we're starting slow.

Monday Recumbent 30 minutes - 5.85 miles. Slowly but surely.1

I got over 5,000 steps yesterday! Yeah, man!!

Went into work today. The postman gave us somebody else's outgoing mail. By the time I noticed, he was gone.
So I walked to the post office to return it. What used to be a serious workout is now an easy jaunt. Love walking!
When I got back, I saw he had returned and brought us the correct mail.

We walked twice today. It rained last night. Lots of clouds but the sun was hot when it peeked between the clouds. I'll have 6,000 steps today!
