Last night I had the binge urge - I had a second dinner and the only reason I didn’t go full binge Is because it was so rich and filling and gave me gas 🤣. Anyway I went over my target calories but was still ended up at maintenance calories. I’m calling it a success at least compared to a true binge.

Had a lapse on Wednesday, had a very stressful work day and could not distract myself with alternative activities in the way that I normally would. Yesterday I had another good read through the Self Help plan I am working through, which helped. I have around 3 weeks of a 20 week program left. My binge eating has been far less frequent (with the exception of the first 2 weeks of Coronavirus mitigation measures which threw my routine out and had my stress levels all over the place).1 -
