Late walk today finished well after dark. Amazing how the eyes adapt to low light. Where I walk in the forest has no lighting, but you can still see enough after sunset to not lose the road.

Reading several of your posts, makes me yet again realise how blessed I am.
Exercise: Yes, my full allowed 60 minutes. I didn't have to do any shopping today. Stuck at home until 11th May, but I'll manage.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I can still make nice food.

The sun was back today, made all the difference. My stepson called me from UK to say he'll be posted here in France next year, at about 2 hours away from where I live. He'll be able to help look after his Dad ...

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, two separate exergame sessions (1 x 19 minutes + 1 X ~45 minutes) plus a there-and-home-again walk at noon to pick up our pre-packed baking supplies (replenished the breadmachine flour supply)

3 x yesGot some good climb but not my target amount so I am falling behind on what I wanted for daily average.
Oh well. Best laid plans.
It was cold. Got a few minutes out and went back for more layers.
Ground was frozen and I end up turning around at halfway for ice.
I am wimpy bout that. Ain't mo crying about it.
But what is cool about frozen ground is that it thaws a bit and there is a softness to it that I can put my bike tire tracks in. Then it hardens and dries and becomes like a forensic plaster cast. So I will be able to see my tracks for like weeks.
Weird, I know. But I spend a lot of time looking at the dirt for tracks.
But hey, maybe my tracks will become part of the fossil record. That could happen.
(Whoa baby! I juts noticed that I got my severance check from the government. Is that what you call it? Severance check?)

Got an outdoor walk in today which was nice after several days of rain (and several more are forecasted for the rest this week)
Baked biscuits! Saving two for tomorrow to make my husband an egg and biscuit breakfast. Now I just need to decide: scrambled or fried....7 -

Logged and Under? Yes. There was a whole bag of Ranch Crispers in there, but thankfully I stopped myself before it got completely out of hand! So, I still managed an "under".3 -

Calories: under, but only because I used all exercise calories
Exercise: Yes, big branches and trees blown down from yesterday’s wind. Chain sawed the branches off fallen trees and dragged brush into piles for 6 so that it can get chipped up. Was out there for over 6 hours. I have a desk job and despite the fact the I work out to the extent that I do, I am always amazed at how inept my body is for steady state physical labor over many hours.
