100 Push Ups
Throughout the whole day. Complete in as few sets as possible. So 10 sets of 10 etc.
Scale options- knees down, include using desk for your hands and your feet on ground.

    3 sets of 33 and then 1, this morning as part of my workout.
    800m run, 30 kettlebell swing, 33 push ups x 3 rounds
