    Recumbent bike - 45 mins - 9.15 miles. 1 minute strength training upper body

    Georgia was hit with 5 tornadoes on Easter Sunday. Five were killed. We were extremely lucky in my part of the state. So sad, so much going on.

    Didn't have to TRX this weekend. We moved around 500# of weights from the destroyed house next door to our garage.

    They'd been sitting in there the last three years, until last week, the upper deck fell off the house. That meant it was no longer teetering dangerously over the entrance to the downstairs. And by entrance I mean we broke a window and climbed through. It's still possible to get in upstairs; but only the top two split levels. The bottom level was blocked by a collapsed stair case and pancaked water heater room.

    My arms hurt so good!

    Today....did an arm weight routine courtesy of my husband, and walked 25 minutes tonight.

    Walked around our park this evening. My knee went absolutely crazy in the middle of last night. Could not get back to sleep. Tried icing it...ugh...too, too cold. Put on the goo the doc prescribed. It got better after about 30 mins. Egads!

    Hey everyone. I just finished reading everyones posts. You have all been so inspirational to each other. <3

    Paula I would have thought the insurance would have taken care of that by now. Is it still ongoing?

    I did alot of walking yesterday. Got in over 14,000 steps. Then a 10 mile bike ride. My fitbit does not even budge when I am biking. Kind of glad though. It did not seem like a work out. Just a nice outdoor activity with my DH.

    Got out and walked today for about 50 minutes. Boy was it freezing! Had hat and gloves on and walked fast because the wind was blowing me :-)

    Complete opposite here, Karen. We had to wait until after 7:00 p.m. to walk because it was too hot this afternoon. The breeze helped make it nice.

    I have lost muscle...ugh! A walking Rest Day for us today. I did two sets of arm exercises, push ups, plank, balance ball.

    We walked 2 miles this evening then I iced my knee!! Rest Day from weights. Got a text from my trainer today. Couldn't understand why she was ignoring me...turns out, her phone was dead...dead...dead! She got a new one but it wouldn't make calls or text...bad...bad...bad! She got another new phone...yea!...yea!...yea!...and we were able to text each other. She will help me with my exercises until we can get back together.

    Chris- glad to hear your trainer is able to communicate again. Especially during this crazy time right? My phone is actually on the fritz I think. The screen keeps flashing that's not a good thing. Have my husband looking for a sale and probably will need to replace it. Let's hope it hold out!

    I need to get in a little more exercise today. I walked very briefly yesterday but had to drive down to work to try to get my computer fixed. All told it was four-hour trip and my computer is still not fixed. It's supposed to be sunny and 65 today I'll take it!

    Karen I sure hope you get your computer fixed soon. What a hassel! And is everyone's phone messing up? Very bad, bad, bad! Hope you got in a workout. Our weather was about the same.

    Chris so happy you are able to communicate with her again! That must have been some walk with your bionic part! Hope the icing helped.

    Got in about 15 minutes of weight lifting. And almost 10000 steps.
