Good morning Liselyn,
Twyla77 was on team Weight No More, but took a few months off. She would like to rejoin the team for May. Her starting weight is 137 and her weigh in day is Sunday. Thanks!1 -

Hey, Slimpossibles!
As we start this new week, the last week of April (already!?), @TeresaW1020 and I have a new challenge/invitation for you. It's called Roses, Thorns & Seeds. Please take a few minutes to reflect on your health and fitness journey in April. The world has thrown us a few curveballs, but we are still here, and still working to get healthier together.- Reflect on your Roses: What has worked WELL for you/made you happy in April, in terms of your working on Health & Fitness? If you're comfortable with doing so, share as many or as few items as you like here.
- Reflect on your Thorns: What has NOT worked well? Again, share as many items as you'd like.
- Reflect on your Seeds: What are the places you want to work on improving? Things you can see to work on next week and next month? Again, share any items you are comfortable with sharing here.

her old weigh-in day was Friday - can you see if she wants to stick with that and then get a starting weight from her on Friday? Thanks!1 -

Good morning @jugar - For our May spreadsheet, we have so many people on team support on team WNM, I think it is time to clean up. The people who we shoul remain on the list are the regular posters: Pacnc6, Mrsbell8well, and Fi45 who may be back in June. We can remove the others. Some of them were on the team for a while, so they know where to find us if they want to resume.1

The invites for the May spreadsheet are out at last! Sorry to be slow, but there are a lot of new people, and it is a lot easier to put them in as a big group than one at a time. I'll finish up the last weigh-in transfers and make any other adjustments so they'll be all ready to go for Sunday!0
