Wednesday workout!

Today is a special day so I thought I’d share it with the team. Today will be your first introduction to what we call a “hero” WOD or workout of the day.
Today’s workout is:
7 Rounds Total of 29 air squats and 40 meters or paces. So do 29 air squats and walk around for 40 steps or meters in the house or outside, that’s one round. Repeat 7 times.
