I’m in Asia so I suspect I’ll be one of the first posts daily. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes!HILT for 20/ yoga stretching after.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! And I feel amazing about it. I ate after a long fast and surprising I didn’t even feel hungry. Not planing on doing that often but hoping it helps with decreasing my cravings. Day one was hard/ day two was good.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?Yes. Had my first coffee out of a vending machine in months. Japan is pretty famous for their vending machines and it was a nice treat.
Good luck all!11 -
looks like it will be a "race for first entry" (but not in a competitive way) timezone wise between you and an Australian member .... I will be looking forward to seeing your post as I sip my breakfast coffee .... (Eastern Ontario, Canada here)8

Started the day with a run to celebrate stage 4 of lockdown here in South Africa (no running was allowed for stage 5 which lasted for 5 weeks). Ran a full 30 minutes on Hills which I was impressed with.
Pre logged my food yesterday and just discovered that my calories burned was more than my planned food so I enjoyed an extra unplanned treat (chocolate yoghurt). It felt wrong to end the day with more calories available than I started with!
Work is very energy intensive these days as I'm one of 3 people looking after the animals. Normally we have a team of 17 so we are kept super busy on the Skeleton team and most of it is heavily physical work. The first few shifts of 4 days were so exhausting, I spent my entire 4 days off recovering. We have a nice rythym going now and we enjoy the time with the animals and the 3 of us get on very well. Finished shift today so looking forward to a few days off to do some other stuff, including enjoying the freedom to go for runs.12 -
1st May:
Had a really good day today.
Exercise: Yes, I managed to get my whole hour's walking in, before it started to rain again.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Nice healthy salad for lunch and cauliflower cheese for dinner.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I also got a load of cleaning done, made some inroads into my e-mail Inbox, and progressed the cardigan I am knitting myself by several centimetres.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, two hours of walking.
A rest day/mental health day. I walked around a shopping center, parked as far away as possible, and carried things without using a cart. I'm counting this as deliberate exercise. Spent the rest of the day in the nearby national park by the wild grass with coffee and my laptop.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, 500 under

Yes to all 3...40 minute ballroom cardio workout this am, and 2 mile walk in the pm. Under calories and logged it all.8 -
YES to the triple power
Baked oatmeal raisin cookies for my pastor's birthday it's his favorite (drive by caravan party) and I didn't eat a single one nor tasted the dough. It just didn't appeal to me knowing how much white and brown organic sugar went into it and Keri gold butter... Texted 5 neighbors to see if they wanted any, to my surprise they all did even with all the covid craziness and they enjoyed. It's true, it feels good to give rather than recieve.9 -
Yes x 3
Congratulations to the winner's circle!8 -
