Exercise: Rose and I hiked for 125 minutes in the desert. But, I'll call it 95 minutes of active hiking as the rest of the time was taking photos of desert vistas and blooming cactus

I fell down the rabbit hole yesterday....not a good day at all! Can't believe I am starting May with a Pass Day. I see from reading these posts that I am not the only one....

Yes, on all three. It was hard, as I used up all my calories too early and decided to go to bed early so as not to be tempted. Today, I decided to not eat breakfast until much later, hope that helps.7

That's bad I am using my first pass day in the first day of the month but I cooked a meal (its name is İskender) that normaly you eat only in a restaurant and it is almost impossible for me to stay in my calorie range when I eat it. Anyway, kids and I missed this meal a lot as all restaurants are closed and we were happy since I cooked it very close to restaurant style/taste.
I tracked everyting no matter I was above my calories.
No exercise today either.

Sorry for the late post, I thought I entered yesterday, but somehow it didn't post.
Anyway, I did a 25-minute bike ride with an average bpm of 130. I was planning to do a more vigorous ride, but my legs were still sore from the diving the day before. I was under my calorie limit and everything was tracked4 -
