Crazy stressful and hormonal day for me on this May 1st. I just logged my calories and surprisingly I'm under my limit. I walked for an hour. So, yes to all three.7

YES to the triple power
Baked oatmeal raisin cookies for my pastor's birthday it's his favorite (drive by caravan party) and I didn't eat a single one nor tasted the dough. It just didn't appeal to me knowing how much white and brown organic sugar went into it and Keri gold butter... Texted 5 neighbors to see if they wanted any, to my surprise they all did even with all the covid craziness and they enjoyed. It's true, it feels good to give rather than recieve.9 -

Exercise: Rose and I hiked for 125 minutes in the desert. But, I'll call it 95 minutes of active hiking as the rest of the time was taking photos of desert vistas and blooming cactus
