    I really wanted to ignore tracking tonight as I over-indulged but it does help me stay accountable. I really feel so full that it’s gross and I don’t like it. But this is how life goes and one day will not ruin my progress. Back on track tomorrow!

    When my gym closed in March I set a goal for myself to start running outside and I am extremely excited that today I was able to jog the entire 2 miles without walking or stopping! The support from this group has been instrumental in reaching this goal Yay team Run Track Minds!!!

    Thats so awesome! Good job. I’ve just started running again but I’m nowhere near that mark yet lol
