When my gym closed in March I set a goal for myself to start running outside and I am extremely excited that today I was able to jog the entire 2 miles without walking or stopping! The support from this group has been instrumental in reaching this goal Yay team Run Track Minds!!!4

Thats so awesome! Good job. I’ve just started running again but I’m nowhere near that mark yet lol

The half marathon that was scheduled for May 30th is rescheduled for July 26th with options to sign up for actual race or virtual race. I had trained for 9 weeks before taking recovery week and am back to training runs this week. Yay! 🏃♀️4 -
