I hiked 75 minutes too. Between 6:30 am. and 8:00 a.m. I take off minutes that I was resting or talking to someone

Exercise: Yes, full body strength - 30 minutes, Then about 4 hours dragging brush from dead tree takedowns and then was harnessed into a bucket truck to blow leaves trapped by metal roof ice rails on very high, steep barn. I did not enjoy that.
Went to bed by 8:30pm before posting.

I don't really adhere to the charter all that much.
As in I don't really exercise every day.
I am a binge kind of guy. When I exercise I binge.
When I eat or drink... well you know the word.
But tracking is the word of the day.
That is what it has to be like for me.
My exercise is like mostly every other day.
But I am finding like if I don't talk about it my mojo fizzles.
I talk about it to my wife.
That is alright.
But it is all like ...
"going for a ride?"
"yep"
"have fun"
... come back...
"how was your ride?"
There ain't nothing wrong with that. You know what I mean.
I been on hundreds of rides.
What is the dialog supposed to be like?

I seen tracks in the dirt. I look at them. They are like the tracks you leave when you get out of a swimming pool and your wet feet leave prints and your wet swim clothes leave drips.
But yeah, I see that and turn around go back and say what animal went through the creek and back across the road and up that embankment leaving those tracks?
Couldn't have been long ago it is still fresh wet.

Exercise off days. I am still kind of active. Take care of a little boy that ain't exactly little and ain't exactly ambulatory. Call that exercise? Sometimes I do.
I hear guys say active recovery. That makes sense to me.
Sometimes I think I will claim that. Take care of the little boy and do some active recovery.
But I guess I do another month of tracking posting. Hope I ain't cheating too much.
