Upped my Adidas app workouts to 5 per week with two rest days. Spread out the days between different body parts.
Under on calories though weird assortment of foods today. Was on a family video call for my mom's 60th and that went long so I ended up deciding not to cook but instead just eat cheese and protein bars

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I've been doing seated workouts this last week to recover from overdoing it with all the low impact stuff that burned out my calves. I've found some really good ones, then lift weights and do a stretching routine.
