Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - ate back most of the exercise calories as I am working on stabilization now.

I start my day with coffee, too. Always!! Only it's not authentic coffee, as it is flavoured and sweetened.
Exercise? Yes, a 23 minute walk admiring the snow flurries in the air. (Is there a sarcasm emoji?)

Cappuccino every morning without fail, even better when hubby makes them for us. Since he's been working from home, most days we enjoy them on the front porch. I often have chai tea late morning when autumn hits.

Ahhhh Coffee. Why not? I used to drink it but for some reason, I have not had it for over 3 months. I know that it reduces cancer and my chance of getting a heart attack or Alzheimer’s, even Parkinson's. I’ll take all the help I can get! lol But I heard that it can increase your chance of getting lung cancer and it can cause bone loss. I have a friend who has asthma and his doctor told him not to drink coffee at all because he is on asthma medicine.
I think I'll try a cup tomorrow with a little Almond creamer.
I am reducing my calories by another 10%
Si Si Si senior x 3 today.

@nodm Coffee, wine, gluten have been blamed for all kinds of things, not much proof for any of it, unless you have a certified condition, like Coeliac's disease. My partner, who has Alzheimer's, takes it all very seriously but it doesn't seem to have made any difference to his health problems. It just adds to his stress. My view is that no food is either 'good' or 'bad ' for you, provided you have it in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Apart from maybe arsenic or belladonna... I enjoy my coffee, but limit how much I drink, ever since my stressful job as Head of a big education department when I would drink gallons of the stuff. My heart rate was sky high at the time. Not sure if it was the coffee or the general stress, poor diet, lack of exercise and long working hours...
I do enjoy my morning coffee but after that I don't drink much, except, because this is France, a small cup of strong espresso after a nice meal out with friends. None of that now, all restaurants closed!5 -

Pass day for me.
It has been a long week. The small nonprofit where I work is going to be keeping its doors open thanks to a lot of combined hard work of the staff over the last several weeks. It has been a lot of stress and I am hoping that things will calm down a bit at least on the work front and I can spend some time refocusing on my health.
For me, coffee is an absolute must in the morning!!!4
