I let my depression get the best of me over the last month. Lots of delivery food. I’m now doing my best to get back on track and, although I show a gain from last week here, I’m down a little from the past few days. Keep your fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

Good week overall. I am working a lot (deadline coming up), but am happy for it. My house, on the other hand, is very dirty. I didn't even fold my laundry yesterday; just took it out of the dryer and threw it on the guest bed LOL.1 -

Last Wednesday I said "Time to get back at it and start tracking food again." Nope. Never found that motivation since the way I cook doesn't lend itself to meal tracking. I don't think I have ever followed a recipe so it makes food tracking so time consuming.2 -

Hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend (if you are from the states). I packed some healthy snacks for my camping trip. We leave tonight. Wont be completely AIP compliant but It'll do. Hope you are all doing well.2
