Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - LOTS between grocery and out-and-about on a lovely warm sunny day.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes (all assigned / probably could have had more exercise calories but didn't feel I wanted them late in the evening)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Yes times three! Been busy! Did not keep track in my fitness pal, but did keep track via another app for my calories. It was recommended by my trainer whom I was meeting twice a week before all this happened. Wow I miss her! So great to learn all about power lifting and definitely a new skill. Missing the gym like crazy. So I decided to come back to MFP for calorie tracking as it is what I know.3
