Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Congrats to @Chinkiri
    On track day.
I lost track of my passes.
I might be better than 50% on track.
I am not real far off the deep end when I go off track.
Got a good climb this morning.
I go early. Kind of before sunup. But in a canyon the sun isn't up as early as elsewhere.
It is a bit colder that way.
That is nice in the summertime.
    Reduced another layer today.
    No more windbreaker.
Still got long sleeves but mostly so I don't have to sunscreen my arms.
Yep it is sunscreen season now.
I kind of don't come out in the sun till I been climbing for an hour.
But still I put on at the car so I don't have an interruption.
I still try for good times on that climb even though I am slowing down.
My best time was 84:09. That was a couple years ago.
These days the best I can hope for is getting within ten minutes of that.
I had the place to myself mostly.
One truck went by and I saw two trail runners going up as I was descending.
I saw their car parked by mine.
So if they were doing what I was doing, they were doing a half marathon.
But my interpretation of a half marathon is quite different.
I got a place to sit for the descent.
And that kind of descent doesn't wipe out my knees.
It was nice. Temperature just right.
    Foliage was spring green.
Heh. Brakes worked fine. Got to pay attention to my brakes.
Because what goes up must come down.
I think I heard that somewhere.

Looking at that road in @RangerRickL 's pic from the 15th.
Don't think I could get up a grade that steep.
These days I am thinking about going to the shop and getting me some lower gears.

Thank you all for your enthusiastic support! I felt ecstatic yesterday. I only found out because I wanted to check Donald Trump's 'morbidly obese' state, so I thought I would look at mine, found that I just had gone into normal BMI yesterday morning.
Exercise: Yes, great! Did a 45 minute aerobics/ gym and cardio class, on the grass by the river, first time since Lockdown, a great feeling. Walked for 45 minutes as well.
    Calories: Yes, stayed under
    Tracking: Yes, logged everything
Now get my bike out, but nothing like @oldDogBiking I fear!
