    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! A 6.6 mile walk today :) new high mileage record for my walks during quarantine.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

    5/19 yes, yes, biked up hill with 40 lbs on my back and walked the dog a bunch, and cleaned a bunch.
    5/20 yes, yes, walked the dog.

    I lost a lb last week and I'm more concerned about checking in here every week than doing hard workouts though I feel that should worked out properly.

    About 130 over my no-activity allotment but since I did a workout plus 90 min walk I ended up several hundred under my final calorie allotment. Good day!

    Exercise: 20 minute walk and some beginner strength.

    I have been remiss in posting this week. My job duties have taken a drastic turn to the physically active and I really just go home and crash.

    May 18 - yes x 3: 203/30 min exercise, logged all, came under.
    May 19 - yes x 3: 235/30 min exercise, logged all, came waaaay under.
    May 20 - yes x 3: 218/30 min exercise, logged all, came under.

    Literally half of my transport team are on furlough, and with the census going up more every day, I have to leave the sedentary comfort of my desk and push beds and stretchers for 6 hours a day, now. The activity is great, but I'm not used to it, yet, and am so sore!

    I am pretty sure this is going to be the new normal, because I don't see all of my team coming back after this second furlough. One or two, maybe, but not all 7.
