    I have been remiss in posting this week. My job duties have taken a drastic turn to the physically active and I really just go home and crash.

    May 18 - yes x 3: 203/30 min exercise, logged all, came under.
    May 19 - yes x 3: 235/30 min exercise, logged all, came waaaay under.
    May 20 - yes x 3: 218/30 min exercise, logged all, came under.

    Literally half of my transport team are on furlough, and with the census going up more every day, I have to leave the sedentary comfort of my desk and push beds and stretchers for 6 hours a day, now. The activity is great, but I'm not used to it, yet, and am so sore!

    I am pretty sure this is going to be the new normal, because I don't see all of my team coming back after this second furlough. One or two, maybe, but not all 7.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, walked all through a 1 hr listen-in all-staff, plus evening walk after supper. Fitbit now saying "minimal extra exercise calories" compared against what I should be eating as a daily limit
