Yesterday, @MadisonMolly2017 posted about the the power on healthy habits in her life....
"Today is my 900 day streak logging in MFP Dec 4 2017 191.8 lb (I had lost 37lbs in other ways since 1/1/16)
Today: 157.4
This is possible with all the tools at our disposal & UAC❣️❣️❣️"15 -

So, wine happened on Thursday night so I couldn't completely track that but I went over my calorie goal but stayed within what I typically burn in a day. So that 's a pass day and yesterday is a pass day so I am officially over the number of pass days I can use. I tracked most food yesterday, got enough activity, but I went over on my calories because I wanted all the greasy food. I'm back to eating healthy again today! I have already exercised and planned some healthy meals. I hope everyone has a good day/night where ever you are in the world!9

Had a light day on the exercise side with zoom Jiu Jitsu and yoga for bjj plus a big of stretching. Got a heap of admin sorted and watched series.
Good food choices and within my budget, so still on track for winners circle.
Going running again tomorrow, but it does seem like the feather duvet gave me sinus issues as I woke up clear headed today. Hopefully that will translate into an easier run, especially after an active rest day.7 -

Yes to the triple power
Started IF today to get in tip top shape for family gathering of nephew's graduation "party", unintentionally turned into OMAD. Walked 10k and lifted weights for lower body. I took a long break to grieve over a loved one but still within the normal bmi range on the Asian American scale.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - walk to the store and back + ~40 minutes of exergame (to make up for DH not able to do evening walks for the next few days) + pounded dirt out of sod for maybe 15 or 20 minutes (not sure how one counts that last bit ...)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - once again eating most but not all of the fitbit-alotted exercise calories
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - and my day worked out for room for 1/2 a Chapman's Yukon Ice Cream Treat. YUM!
Days goals met: 21
Pass days used: 2 (one pre-planned; one unintentional)
Weight still stable Saturday-to-Saturday - I seem to have a decent handle on matching my daily calorie setting to my current average daily activity level (and this past week was only 20 calories under where MFP wanted me to set my maintenance goal with a "sedentary lifestyle setting" (which seemed the best choice given still more-locked-down-than-not work from home situation. )
A few more types of stores are starting to open up in a limited "controled-traffic" way or else re-opening but for curbside pickup or pick-up-and-leave. To be allowed to open, the retail location must have its own to-the-curb access. Strip malls but not enclosed malls. Places like car dealerships by appointment only - that kind of thing.
Non-medical masks are currently recommended for all situations where social distancing may be problematic (eg not necessarily for walk if in a wide-open setting (lots of room to pass and not many people anyway - but do if in more congested city streets / lineups / in stores)

I live and work in a historic town. On the way home tonight, I passed a ghost tour that must have had 50 people in the group, nobody wearing masks, all standing next to each other, no social distancing. I also saw people on benches outside the bars, no masks, right next to each other. A lot of people just don't care and laugh it off. If one is sick that person will pass it on to many, many more.

Resistance training early and then a 2-hour hike through hilly terrain.
I still have not forgotten some old habits.
1 scoop of Cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes: 30-minutes aerobics, 1-hour walk in a different part of neighborhood
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
My aerobic workout is still kicking my butt after almost a month at it. I guess this will be June's workout also. I hope to start walking in the local park soon, but I don't want to have to wear a mask because the path is narrow. I still haven't gained weight since quarantine started, so it's a win. I've lost a few inches, so I'm happy about that! Everyone stay strong through the weekend's stuff-your-face potential. We're almost in the winner's circle...6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 7 mile run outside this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!4 -
Well folks...let me tell ya...I AM ALMOST ALWAYS THE ANNOYINGLY POSITIVE, GLASS IS ALWAYS MORE THAN HALF FULL PERSON... but that little jerk of negativity wanted to tear me down today (because of my bad choices nutritionally yesterday)...BUT I SENT THAT JERK PACKING. ;D It was hard this morning... I was sad/feeling discouraged.. because (lo and behold...what a shocker) - the scale went up a bit after allowing a few extra bites here and there for the week...even though under calorie...and then blowing calories yesterday (1st time in 125 days to just eat WHATEVER...over by 500...and that was after exercise calories....) So... today - I'm way under...exercised...tracked it all... and for my "unlearning" lesson today thanks to the Yoda post...I'm going to let my son know - he can feel free to wake me up(which he won't...he is grown after all)...but I'm not going stress about his struggles...and stay up...and feel tempted to snack.
Here is the USA - Monday is when we celebrate Memorial Day. For any of you who served, or have family that served...that did not make it home... I hope you are well cared for...and that you have many happy memories of your loved one. For those missing family or friends...I'm so sorry for your loss...and thankful for those willing to protect others through service. Ya'll have a good night!6 -

Exercise? Yes, a 28 minute walk.
Logged? Yes.
Under? No.
I had been under calories all week, and was hungrier than normal. (It was weigh-in day and I lost 3 pounds, so yeah). I also woke up at 2:30 in the morning, back to bed around 6:30, up again at 10. Those types of days I usually throw in the towel, but I was fine. Went for my walk as usual. But I was still hungry. Ate well, but not necessarily high volume, low calorie foods. At 7:30 pm, with only 110 calories left, I didn't want to risk waking up again in the night because I was hungry, so I ate some more. Thoughtfully, and I logged it, so not a "free for all" but I ended up 564 over, which I guess would still be roughly in maintenance, and I am still well under for the week.
Three Pass Days used. If I don't make the Winner's Circle I will be fine.....I am down 11 pounds since April 4th, so there is my real win!6 -

Exercise: Yes, 35 mins walk. We have curfew from 23rd to 26th because of a holiday- Ramadan eid. People visit all their relatives during this holiday but because of pandemic it is prohibited. You can only go out to do grocery shopping in your neighborhood. I picked farthest grocery shop and walked back home with shopping bags with using a far route. This is how I did my exercise

Stayed under by 50 (eating back exercise calories).
Made enchiladas which were delicious.
I've started using my Fitbit watch to directly start an exercise when doing calisthenics workouts which I think leads to a more accurate calorie count than logging it afterwards in the app. I'm sure whether to use weights or workout for calisthenics but went with workout since it's more general.4 -
Took a pass day. I didn’t log anything, did exercise, and came way under goal. I just took a much needed down day. 🤷♀️4

The mask recommendation only came out three or four days ago, and is precisely BECAUSE things are beginning to open up more.
The potential for what you are mentioning scares DH (on my account) which is why he is THRILLED to hear that my post will continue to be work-from-home potentially "almost indefinitely". Work in my sector (federal public service) is finally waking up to the fact that "work is what you do, not where you go" and that far more categories of business lines can be successfully done by distributed teams working offsite than originally willing to admit.
The opening process is bound to vary from country to country, and even jurisdiction to jurisdiction within parts of the same country. I feel very fortunate to be living in Canada, where the national approach is science-led and the reopening will be slowly staged, with the understanding that there with be at least 2 to 3 weeks between "next stage" and if the numbers don't remain below a predetermined threshold acceptable level, then either the next stage doesn't start yet or we revert a bit.
