Hi everyone! I'm back. It's been a while... my baby is almost 16 months old lol. But she is basically weaned (I want to stop nursing because she bites now) so I'm officially going to give this my all now.

I have 11 weeks till I start work again and would like my clothes to fit by then. Its a bit aggressive but I think I will give it a shot. Bonus it should help with engorgement.
Is anyone doing any fun challenges to help lose weight? What are you doing for exercise? I've been wanting to take up stretching and playing a dancing Xbox game.0 -

My weight fell off due to not gaining much, but I have been putting it back on during Carona and struggling to get it off because I keep using nursing as an excuse to eat cake and bread all day... Also I dealt with some bladder prolapse originally and needed PT to get back to CrossFit. Going to PT and making progress! Just started IF to get eating under control. Doing 10am-6pm window. Hoping to rejoin the gym soon.2 -
