Exercise: Yes, walking 30 minutes. Cancelled my exercise class as we are only supposed to book one a week and I have also got one booked for Saturday morning which I prefer.
Calories: Yes, stayed under, although the food I had wasn't the healthiest. I had real cravings, gave in to those so there was no more room for the healthy stuff I had planned.

YES to the triple power
No, not at this time. I'm still in training but I'm still in the normal bmi range on the Asian American scale, calorie budget is challenging for me not exercise nor logging. I seriously don't know how people live on 1200 calories without IF to skip a meal. It'll be quite a feat for me to achieve my ideal weight doctor suggested of 100lbs at 4'11". I'm thankful for uac to keep in the healthy lifestyle mind set.3
