Exercised: No (don't ask )
Tracked: Yes
Budget: No
I thought weekends were supposed to be rest days.
Another 4:00am start with puppy, sleep till 9:00, frantically get a drone flyable (only one), then to field by midday.
First flight, broke an arm of the drone. 20 mins to replace arm, then 2 flights later had a call from work. Customer site down. So much for flying. Maybe next weekend will be better.
8+ hours of phone conferences with just a long enough gap for dinner.
I seem to be giving stress a good work out.
Lunch tomorrow with my parents. They are eager to see us for the first time since restrictions have been eased. They are also eager to meed the new pup.8 -
Used a few of my exercise calories, but I think that's ok after this morning.
8:00 Pilates and proverbs (Bible study and exercise) 30 minutes
9:00 lead kids Jiu Jitsu class with my housemate 40 minutes
10:00 lead Jiu Jitsu class with my housemate 40 minutes
11:00 wresting with an Australian Olympian nearly 90 minutes
All of this via zoom!
A couple of treats but within the budget for the day so another successful day.
Tomorrow is going to be warm and I am only working 2 of the next 9 days so I will get that run in that I've been meaning to do for a while! Need to get back into running routine, which will be easier from Monday as the exercise time limit is being released.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 20 minute on my stationary bike (for a change)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? VERY much so - the bike is far better calorie-burn to time spent ratio - earned 186 exercise calories ... even after doubling my pre-planned evening snack, I have 130 exercise calories still uneaten.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Days goals met: 27

Hello all!
Still in the game but I had to use my last pass today.
We had a Space X Launch party and there were some high caloric carbs involved like S'mores and pizza!
I will have to fly to our designated Circle 'rendezvous point without a pass and "science the hell out of it." (Martian)
Have a successful day tomorrow.
See y'all at the docking station tomorrow.
Singing off for the day!
Zulu, Alpha Roger, and Out!

Yes x3
Ate a lot -- well into my exercise calories -- but still stayed 200 under.
It feels wrong to eat so many exercise calories and so many calories in general, but I did do a lot today:
2 hour walk (randomly woke up early so ended up going for a 6:30am walk which is unusual for me as I usually sleep in), 50 min workout, and then cleaned the apartment.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, umpteen hours disinfecting the public areas of my workplace, plus walking (about 6 or 7 hours total, too exhausted to look it up)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
Passes 2/34 -
exercise - not reallyexercise not really kind of day.
Hung out with Buddy for maybe ten hours or so.
Took him to the park. Maybe that counts a little bit towards exercise.
After yesterday's calorific burn, park walking active recovery seems a bit pale.
I lost a few pounds on that climb.
Probably water weight.
But when the scale goes down some I have a tendency to get kind of lax on staying put.
I ate a bag of peanuts. that is kind of like 2,000 calories. Ugh.
My joints feel good though. I think I might climb tomorrow.
If I get my standard climb, my monthly total will be close to 29,000. Maybe round up to that anyway.
That is like an Everest. Last month I got kind of close to an Everest. Maybe this month I'll be even closer.
I better go check my brakes before I go to bed.
What goes up... must come down.7 -
Exercise: 2+hours outside on the farm. Busy with horse activity and cleanup...which is also horse related.
Tracking: good
Calories: under my limit4 -
@Hollis100 Yep, I plan on getting right back on the Rover tomorrow!
The Martian and Interstellar are right up there in my hit list.
Take care!@nodm I remember that quote from the movie, "science the hell out of it." One of my all time favorites! Awesome that you had a Space X Launch party, definitely worth a pass day.

Fantastic job by all who made it to the Winner's Circle this month... consider the challenges you overcame...and hold onto that memory!
tracked all of the bites? - yeppers
thanks to a well intentioned, but not healthy, breakfast delivery - started the day off out of whack...even though I tried to salvage it ...OH WELL! I had good nutrition all day...except for the 3 french fries I nibbled on when kiddo got junk food.
exercised? - yeppers - had a "fundraiser walk" today - and did some zumba
under calories? - nopers - but still under TDEE cutting limit - so it's going to be ok... maybe I'll do just a little more zumba right now
Have a nice Sunday!4 -

Yes, yes, and yes.
My exercise was helping stepson move, spent 10 hours making 9 loaded runs in my pickup, loading and unloading. In the exercise thing it seemed to me to show way too many calories for moving so I just claimed 60 min. No matter its what I did that matters, not what the app says.6 -

@alligatorob I'm sure you had an exhausting day! It's great that you can climb mountains so that you are fit enough to help your son move. Congratulations!
