Exercised: No (expected though)
Tracked: No
Budget: No
Visited my parents today. First time in over 4 months. So good to catch up with them again. Easing of COVID restrictions meant family visits are now permitted. They are 90 minutes away by car, and we usually see them at least every month when they are home (until recently).
BBQ lunch. Desert. Lots of talking and catching up.
My parents love Austin. He is like another grandchild for them.
My parents (in their 80's) usually travel to warmer climates with their caravan over winter. This year they had not gone due to restrictions. However, with the restrictions easing, they will be travelling away for 3 months and will set off before we see them next.
The work emergencies were diverted to others for today (being a Sunday). I was not going to give up the only opportunity to be with family for months that had also been planned weeks in advance. I will catch up with work in the morning.8 -

And another successful day, meaning I make that gold circle! Woohoo. Only missed one day of exercise, but had a few over calories to use all 3 pass days.
Morning run went well followed by some yoga. Despite the fact that is nearly winter I spent a couple of hours tanning and started a new book so the rest of the day was dedicated to reading. I'll finish it before I go to sleep...
Good food choices because I preplanned. My housemate wanted take away because that has become our weekend routine, but I wasn't keen. 4 weeks is enough for me! I just want the double thick peanut butter milkshake, but we will get that one day when we run at the beachfront which we are now allowed to do!7 -

Exercise: lots of time at the barn and walking with and working with the horses. I'll spend most of the coming week doing groundwork with the horses before I begin to saddle up next weekend. Both the horses and I are getting to know each other again in a new warm season. Over 90 minutes of barn and horse activity
Calories: below my limit
Tracking: easy today..4 -
Logged, under and a 28 minute walk. Got lots done around the house, so my step total is nearly 15,000.
4 Pass Days used this month...aiming to be one less in June!!
See you all over in the June Challenge!!3 -
Made it!! WC for me!!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - fitbit gave me 150 exercise credits for all the backing and forthing and up-and-down-stairs-ing as I rearranged two rooms with an eye to long-term home-office setup instead of the "not-bad-for-make-do" layout I had
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - very much so! I tend to eat light on weekends anyway (due what I call "inadvertent IF due to sleeping in late") and even with the BIG (but leaves all macros in the green) evening snack I have laid out before me, I STILL haven't hit all the ALLOWED calories - let alone touched the exercise-credit ones.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Days goals met: 28
Pass days used: 3 (1 pre planned; 2 unintentional)

Great end to the month!
Officially ending with only one pass day and today was 200 in the green. Long beautiful walk. This is my first time ever having fewer than three pass days!5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, umpteen hours (about 7) of disinfecting my workplace due to the virus, plus walking. Utterly exhausted tonight.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, about 500 under, even after pigging out tonight
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
Made the WC this month with 2 pass days. Congrats to everyone who made the winner's circle and everyone who kept posting regardless of their pass days.4 -

Congrats to all in the Winner's Circle this month, and all those still posting on May 31st!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 39 minutes upper body strength + 2 mile walk this morning, plus 3 hours of dancing around during band practice. Ending the day with about 21K steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
See you all in June!3 -

Kudos to all who've completed this month's journey, "successful" or not-so-much. I've made the Circle my first time around, although I admit it's harder than it looked. This challenge kept me on the straight and narrow. All of your contributions kept me motivated, and I thank you!3 -
Last day of May and I am still here. Didn't make it on calories though. I was fine until I tucked into a bag of prawn crackers and ate most of them, after emotional conversations with both my youngest son and my stepson. Still posting and only missed a few days. It's been a tough month but today is a new week, a new month, a new challenge and a clean slate.5

Calories: Yes

My home-office adventure ends today. I will be going to work starting from tomorrow. So, I am back to my normal schedule for Sundays. I need to cook at least 3 dinners and we can have some quick-stuff (like pasta, pizza) for other 2 days. I come home 6:30 pm and when I am home after working all day, it is hard to prepare a nice meal. I baked chicken and put them in freezer to eat when the family enjoy pasta or pizza.

Yes, yes and yes, a good day and a good month! Thanks Rick!1

Yes x 3 both days. Didn't do much online this weekend and did minimal exercise after the workouts at work last week, but did close all the rings on my watch both days. #winning1
