Let's interact and encourage each other. For this week’s challenge drink 64oz a day minimum. They say you should drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. This is way too much for me. I am not a water drinker. We can share daily our accomplishments or struggles but we can also check in next Sunday on how we did for the week. Let me know in this thread if you are in the challenge. You can start at any time.

Water intake is still difficult. Changed my water bottle hoping it will help. My water bottle is the MANNA 17oz Mettalic Vogue- Shark

Still struggling to get 64 oz of Water in. I will just continue to add more each day.

I've got my 24 oz Tervis water bottle and I brought up my old Brita pitcher to our bathroom so that I can refill my water without having to go downstairs (which generally causes havoc with our boys since they "forget" that I'm home and working upstairs; then whenever I go downstairs and they see me, then they want me to stay with them). I need to really be better about getting at least 120 ounces a day because I feel much better when I'm drinking that much and flushing my system regularly; plus it really cuts down on my swelling.
