Epic day! Apparently we are now in winter and I'll happily take winter in this form. 10km hike along the beach. We did it slow and stopped to climb rocks explore rock pools swim in rock pools take photos etc. Did the return route at the top of the hill for the epic scenery. Spent the entire time in shorts and bikini!
Home in time for Jiu Jitsu and a short light yoga session.
Well under calories without touching the exercise, even with the ice cream.
I am grateful for the blessed life I live even in the midst of the craziness of the Covid-19 situation.13 -

Pretty sure I have finished eating for the day.
Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes walking, not a lot, but it was super lovely. Walk in the city centre, where cafes and restaurants are re-opening, carefully, cautiously. Lots of happy people. They were good though, keeping their distance, mostly wearing masks.

Exercise - yes, 25 minutes jogging earlier and then a 15 minute aerobic workout because I forgot that I ate a banana straight after my jog and happily ate up to my calorie limit thinking "man I feel like I'm getting to eat loads today". Exercised extra to get my bet calories under.
Stayed under - yes
Recorded everything - yes, eventually.14 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No exercise. I did excessive exercise the day before at my job, and was so exhausted all I did was lie down. I'd planned to go for a walk but couldn't muster the energy. I don't feel bad about resting all day. These are not normal times.

Exercise kind of light duty. Active recovery. I am still basking in the glow of yesterday's climb.
But I hung out with little Buddy today.
Took him to the park. That is exercise kind of.
Tomorrow it is going to be me vs. mountain again.
I think I am going to do the further drive and get to the blacktop route.
I think I am going to have a start point at just a bit higher of elevation.
Choking up on that hill.
I think I am going to start at 7,500 and try a run up to 10,600.
But ugh! I got dentist after I am done with that.9 -
Yes to all. It was great soaking in some ☀️ on my hike.10

Yes x3 though used almost all my exercise calories. Even though I'm not a morning person, we woke up early to do a 6:30 am walk because we knew we wouldn't be able to get in an evening walk due to the 7pm curfew since we had a 6pm Zoom call with family. So had a beautiful early morning walk with few people around. Did calisthenics in the afternoon. One problem with morning walks though is that it makes me hungrier in the middle of the day!9
