Happy Friday; Happy Weekend; and Happy Summer to those in the northern hemisphere!
Get outside this weekend!!8 -
We are enjoying some lovely warm weather even though this is officially the start of winter for us. I'm loving it.
I decided to switch out my morning run for a yoga session. I chose a more challenging one and it was more advanced than I expected so I was glad when I had to cut it short to leave for work but I did about 30 minutes. Busy day at work that involved and almost seal bite which caught my boot instead of my calf and a few escaped snakes (harmless ones who just got into the room and were safely caught and returned) as well as seal kisses when swimming.
Pizza night with my housemate and her boyfriend but still made it within budget so no pass day for me!9 -
I managed Day Two. Yes/yes/yes. My exercise was only a walk, but at least it got me out.7

Super late so this month but better late than never right?
Yes, I went for my "around the lake" today and also did 30 mins body balance.
I've tracked all my food, salmon for dinner nom nom! Finally hit my protein target.
Just ending my diary for the day and I'm under budget by 280 🤔 Maybe I'll add a banana and cup of tea!8 -
Yes to all three - happy with myself - I was given an Easter egg and was very tempted to eat it all. I weighed it out though and just had a bit.
My exercise was a 32 minute jog4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 9km run, 2 hour dog walk

Thank you to this group! Day 5! This is really working this time xx8 -
Exercise - yes! Lots -30 mins of morning Pilates plus a total of 93 exercise minutes on my watch from all my walks today.
Tracking -yes (though tracking take out is so much harder than tracking my own food)
Under calorie budget - yes - by a whisker
Potentially tricky day today as my sister came to celebrate her birthday with take out and brownies - but I managed it. Just had a small bit of brownie with lots of berries, didn’t go mad on the Thai food portions. And then had to go for an after dinner walk (third of the day) to come in under budget. Phew. I think I’m getting a bit obsessed with this challenge as I was determined not to have a pass day yet!
And @Dory_42 I have not figured out how to reply to posts yet but your “day in the office” would be like one of the scariest days of my life!! All I do of a day is sit and play around with spreadsheets - there are never tales to tell. It’s so good to hear yours!

Logged and Under? Yes.
Exercise? Yes, two separate walks totalling 69 minutes and 23 minutes of beginner strength.
I got into some chips, so I had to go for another walk to burn some more calories!! I did physically stop myself from eating more; The bag was poised and ready to pour and I realized I could still salvage this, but if I had more it was going to be a lost cause.6 -

Happy Friday!
Yes x 3 for Friday
Tracked, on target, hour and a half dog walk with some hills thrown in for good measure. Justifies dessert3 -
Exercise - Yes - sticking with my daily lifting regimen
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes, just barely. With this many calories, I even managed to hit the iron goal MFP has set for me. It's more than I think I actually need (my labs never suggest iron deficiency despite rarely getting anywhere near the target), but it still feels nice to actually hit this "goal" for once.
We are 1/6 of the way through the month! The first 5 days were just the warm-up round; the real test begins tomorrow... Saturday! Wishing everyone a happy and healthy weekend!

Forgot to post last night!
Yesterday has to be a pass for me. I ate a bunch of stuff before bed that I didn’t keep track of. I’m good with it. My husband and I went up and down 67 meters many times. Adding up to about 2000 ft. The hiking has become extremely hot here as it is all done at about 75% humidity or above. The summers here are INTENSE. We all pretty much hide for 2 months then come out. It’s a jungle out there, literally! Here is a pic from one of the many route up we took.

Big exercise day for me:
Started with 43 minutes of Strength and Stretch in the home gym; 2 hours of walking with horses in the sand arenas.
Calories: under my limit
Tracking: good4 -
Yes x3
Another early morning walk and then decided to do my workout right after that before it got too hot since our a/c is broken (we called an hvac company who will be coming Tuesday... but during the day it's about 85 inside the house )
For dinner I used up some of the food I stockpiled and froze in March-- chicken thighs, broccoli, onion, and tomato rice. Stayed under by a lot when taking into account exercise calories.7
