    My favourite outdoor activity is taking a very long walk. The COVID-19 stay home instruction has really help me. I am able to manage my time and then take a long walk with my best friend. This has given me more activity time. Some days, we can walk up to 13K plus steps.

    I love walking outdoors and try to do it every day. I managed 2 miles today before the storms moved in.
    Tracked and stayed within my calorie limit.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! 51 minutes strength training legs, and 98 minutes of walking the pup.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did! We ordered take out and I found a close replica of the pizza we ordered so I put that in. I still have exercise calories leftover today.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I did, yep!

    Did I exercise? Yes,Gardening, getting the soil all unloaded, putting the vegetables in the dirt.
    Calorie budget? No, my first day this month that I have not. My daughter made homemade chocolate chip cookies, soooo

    I’m still not completely clear on what is considered a pass
