Big outdoor day today as the weather was a sunny 81 degrees F with a lovely breeze:
Exercise: farm activity and horse activity walking 45 minutes; active stretching 15 minutes; first day of horse riding for an hour. All went well.
Tracking: good
Calories: under my limit4 -
Exercise: Yes - bike & hike w hubby
Tracked: Yes
Calories - Yes - and even managed to sneak in some Taco Bell! Yesss
I'm a swimmer, which has been hard lately because gyms are closed and large bodies of water aren't quite warm enough yet... I'm trying to convince myself that I'm a runner (it's not working), but the things I actually enjoy doing are bicycling, hiking/backpacking, cooking on open fires, and trying to convince my cat to walk with me on a leash.6 -
Yes x3 today! I fell and banged up my knee like 1 minute into my run today, oops. Luckily I'd already done a 45 min hike earlier.
My favourite outdoor activities are family hikes, and jogging alone for 'me' time.6 -
Yes x's 3; I like hiking outdoors in nature, but don't get to do that as often. Love lake swimming and boating.Dog walking is a must do, and it gets the steps in...but I get very bored of our same route...but my dogs never do. It was 99 here today, so I should have gone out early... instead walked on the treadmill. Doggos were giving me the stink eye. Lol. Aiming to walk them in the morning.5

Exercise: Yes, 40+ minutes walking, cleaned apartment
Calories: Yes, stayed under
Logging: Yes, logged everything.
Really happy with myself. I sorted out loads of things in my apartment yesterday; l had become the Procrastination Queen recently. I took steps to sort my boredom with my cooking and food: ordered curry spice packs from UK (I love curry and it's difficult to get what I want in France), bought a jar of peanut butter, some ready meals I actually like, and ingredients to do a big batch cook today.
I also tackled a bunch of emails I had been ignoring.
Woke up this morning to an email telling me my exercise classes are re-starting in the studio, so I booked a class for every morning at 9.30 next week. These classes really help me to structure my day.
We're restarting our Book Club and Play Reading group, in the park for the moment. I've booked a ticket for the exhibition in our local Modern Art museum, which is reopening. Planning a trip to Perpignan, getting my bike repaired. Wow!
Outside exercise: I like walks in the countryside or beach walks! Like someone else said, I used to like camping and playing tennis, but I haven't done that for years. Messing about in water is great too, but strictly season limited.5 -
Gardening and walking are my favourites
Pass day #1

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, about 420 minutes of exercise at work because of the pandemic (disinfecting the public areas and walking)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, way under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes. I'm breaking a new Starbucks Frappuccino once-a-day habit and recording here that I didn't buy one again.
What are your favorite outdoor exercises? walking and jogging. I love to walk in nature, pick out a road and walk to the end just to see what's there. I also love the idea of being able to go almost anywhere on my own feet.
Right now, my life is not normal because of the pandemic. I'm doing such a mindblowing amount of exercise at work I can barely stand up the next morning. I relish my time off when I can drive to a nature area, work on my computer in my car, see the wild grass and boulders through the window, and just rest.

Right now I am doing a lot of walking outside. I used to love to run outside, but only with other people. I have never ran on my own. My ultimate favourite is a hike to somewhere with a view, or views along the way.2 -

I like to run outdoors. There are several trails in my area to choose from, some paved, some dirt/loose gravel, all very scenic. Always nice when it's one of those rare days when "the mountain is out" (no clouds obstructing it). I never get tired of seeing Mt Rainier looming so huge in the distance, in all its splendid snowy glory.4 -

Yes, I'm still here. Catching up with posting. I've been doing really well this month and see no reason for that not to continue. I'm on a new eatting plan. Funny thing I've allowed more calories so I can stay on the plan but haven't needed them. I'm committed for a month then we will see. I've lost a little over 2 pounds the last 6 days. Which is how I like to lose it...too fast is not good. I did good with Corona at first then started to eat things I never do at least not on a regular basis.ice cream, pizza...I gained at least 5 pounds on top of 5 pounds I wanted to get back down to. The struggle is real...Time to get serious folks
My favorite exercise is walking at a fast pace. No stress on any of my less than young body parts. We have a park that is in walking distance (actually just past my driveway) to where we live now. With my compromised imune system not going to the gym although it is right down the road from my house. Funny, we have property next to the city but we have acreage so it's like it's in the country.
@RangerRickL I'm keeping in and being careful. Thanks for the reminder and thanks for being here for us. 😉
