Yes to all three: 80+ minutes of walking the pup and 30 minutes of cardio and total body strength training.
A great day to kick off the weekend!

Yes, yes, and yes. A good day.
However I leave on vacation in the morning and am not certain I will be able to keep things up. I have already taken 4 pass days, so no winner's circle this month. I will continue to do my best, and am targeting the winner's circle in July.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? WELL over - nothing like a good audio book / mini-trampoline / air conditioned comfort on a hot-high-humidex day
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Easily, even without the exercise calories
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! It's a very surreal feeling.
Exercise - yes - played frisbee, and carrying chairs around the building left my hamstrings feeling surprisingly tired, so I'm counting that as exercise too
Tracked - yes - went out to eat (Out! At a restaurant! In NY! So exciting) so had to guesstimate some of the foods, but I think I estimated generously
Calories - yes - a higher day than usual but still below BMR5 -

Exercise yes
Lots of activity today over12,000 steps and 22 active minutes where I walked the pup.A friend was out of town so I walked her doggie with mine... I could tell my doggie was in such good shape compared to other dog. I was thinking as we were walking how she benefits from my healthy habits. Even more motivation to stay active.
Calories yes
Did not use any of the fitbit calories.
Tracked yes

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Surprisingly yes, even after an un-planned Wendy’s small frosty and fries. I was able to adjust my dinner to low calorie but filling one.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep, it was helpful to know how much I had left for dinner.4 -

Pass day 4/3
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. I had the day off work and planned to weed my yard and do other outdoor maintenance work. However, I was so exhausted from my job that I lay down all day. Even my bones ached. I'm doing an excessive amount of exercise at work due to the pandemic.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
The UAC asks us to do a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise a day. This challenge was designed for normal lives during normal times. It wasn't designed for life during a pandemic (who could have imagined that?) when some of us find ourselves doing things we never would have chosen.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES a sluggish 4 mile run in 52:22. No energy, legs were achy and I was hot. Waah waah waah
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Alas, no. It started with a little innocent nibbling in the afternoon and snowballed.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No but I will be sure to track everything today. Back on track!

2 passes left
My plan is to continue focus on my goals. That’s it.
Have a great day tomorrow all!2 -
Pass day 2....didn’t intend to take a pass day, I tracked everything, lots of walking and yoga, ate well all day - but then went for a couple of drinks in my neighbours garden and when I added them in afterwards I realised I had gone one wine glass over my limit. Never mind, I had a lovely evening!4

Used my 3rd pass day on Fri. This was a planned one of well deserved celebrations.3

Getting all the way to the 20th on only 2 pass days is doing well - and seeing it as a single-event, lovely evening is the mind set to strive for. Specials are "special" when they are intermittent.4
