    Been there and working in getting the regain off as we speak. Will send you an email... but gained 35 lbs of the 88 I lost back. A lot was due to circumstances and I had to move back to NY temporarily last year — about a month, plus tons of work stress and my eating habits went back to what they were for the most part. Happy to connect further.

    Same here. Had RNY gastric bypass surgery 8 years ago. I regained 50 of the 120 lbs I lost. Finally realized that I cannot eat foods other than lean proteins and veggies. My calorie intake needs to stay around 1000. I did not know (presurgery) just how restrictive my food choices would be. That being said, RNY surgery was still a good choice for me. Just a lot of mental adjustments - still working on that part!
