Pass day. No way to keep track. It was our first meal out since January 29th. We enjoyed Father’s Day and I took a new family Portrait. We take our social distancing seriously.

21st July
Exercise: Yes. I walked for over an hour before breakfast, because later in the day it gets pretty hot. However, I did take my partner for a coffee late afternoon, in the park area in the centre of town, so I got another 20 minutes slow walk in.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. I am trying to clear out my fridge so we can clean it tomorrow morning, so I had to plan meals with whatever was in there. Turned out quite tasty and under budget. Ate into my exercise calories though, as I hadn't factored in the biscuits with my afternoon tea or my after dinner chocolates. Still under.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

Yes! 3 hour hike with my dog, and then a huge effort cleaning my car after the walk in preparation to go camping this week!
I love taking my dog to new places to explore! If he is happy, then I am happy!

Three yesses for me - I had a really nice (but wet) walk with a friend (and cycled there/back). We'd both thought about cancelling when we saw the weather, but were glad we did it anyway. I still haven't quite worked out my right activity level for MFP/whether to eat exercise calories, so I'm now a bit hungry but not going to eat more right away in case it goes away...10 -
Three yeses for me today, nearly an hour of yoga this morning and then a beautiful (hilly) walk for an hour and a half with my family this afternoon.
@fairy_daisy i don’t t know if it’s recommended but I always eat my exercise calories. I don’t think I’d be a very nice person otherwise, I get so hungry!7 -

Tracked - Yes - had to estimate some things but erred on the side of overestimating some very small tastes of restaurant foods
Calories - Yes - it was close, but even if my suspected over-estimations were actually exactly right estimations, I came out just under calorie goal.7 -

I'm tracking as best I can, but with some takeout it was hard to determine. Pretty sure I'm going over, but not by much. Did a great dog walk with lots of steep hills.

I slacked off a little on purpose today. I have tomorrow off work and hope I won't be too exhausted to take care of a few things. I feel like one of those cartoon characters somebody peels off the highway.

Woke up at 8 and did a 2-hour walk this morning. Though my left heel is hurting a bit so I might need to cut back some on the daily walks and switch to bike riding instead.
Also did house cleaning today. Ended with 16k steps.

It was Father's Day in the virus distancing world. We were planning a summer vacation in Mexico for the whole family, but we cancelled that idea. Our children are much less vulnerable than we are so they are vacationing with our grandchildren at a family oriented resort. They have rented separate cabins for each family.
Rose and I are safe here on the farm. It's a beautiful place to be in the middle of a pandemic.
No big temptations today since it was just the two of us.
Calories: under my limit by a little
Exercise: active stretching and lots of outdoor activity on the farm
