I'm tired from pushing hard the last couple of days but it didn't really stop me much today. Ran 3 morning because it was so warm I had to celebrate. It was tough but I did 5.5km on the hills in under 45 minutes, then hiked with my friend for an hour. Bought a few treats and came home to watch series. Evening was Jiu Jitsu and while my housemate did the daily workout, I did yoga and shoulder rehab.
All food logged and within budget so it's a win day.13 -
Yes to all, yesterday and today. Been crazy this week. Floors going in a little at a time, lots of moving patients at work; soooo short staffed. I’ve had zero desk time this week. Too much going on in one week right now, esp since DH has an urgent endoscopy tomorrow morning. I’m sure my boss is thrilled.
The scale numbers are dropping like crazy, clothes are getting more loose, so that’s a win.16 -

I’ve managed all three goals today, with a nice cycle home from work in the evening sunshine.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! My usual morning yoga for half an hour, followed by a forty minute dog walk, then a HIIT workout with my very fit ten year old after work! Was great to get sweaty, I’ve missed it,I’m seeing my chiropractor tomorrow and hoping he’ll say I can start running again soon.

Threats of thunderstorms trashed my walking today, but I did yoga and weights. My food choices were not the best today, but I stayed within my limit, and every morsel was tracked.9

I’ve been trying to clean the apartment this week while I’m still working from home because it hasn’t exact stayed near during the quarantine. It’s also been a great way for me to step away from the laptop and stretch my legs for 10-15 minutes a couple times a day.7 -

Huge day of exercise and activity. A perfect day to be outside in the sun
Exercise: 67 minutes walking in the sand doing horse training. 32 minutes mounted. 35 minutes of active stretch and body weight exercises. Whew!!

Calories: Yes, stayed under, even though I had to eat 40 exercise calories, because I treated myself to a large whisky, after I had sorted my partner's tax papers.

We stayed out in the mountains and went hiking all day. Here in Spain they celebrate Sant Joan so we had the special 'coca de Sant Joan' cake for breakfast with coffee before we set off.
I prepared lunch and snacks to take with us but I didn't track it due to no signal, scales or to be honest, desire to.
It was a tough hike in places but completely worth it! I probably went over my calories, but I don't mind today as I see it as fuel for the exercise!
Im sorry but I don't know how to do a 'spoiler' on posts, but here is the view from the rooftop tent, our camping spot, and one photo from the hike!
We go away on Friday to different mountains for more camping and hiking, but this time I will pretrack meals to cook and portion out snacks to make it easier for me to track everything! I do find that when I do log everything I eat, it is too easy for me to eat too much thinking that it 'doesn't count'. Just because my brain doesn't count it, doesn't mean that my body won't!
