@oldDogBiking Wow, that's a fabulous photo, one heckuva challenge. I love your stories. They're from the heart and like reading poetry.5

Yesterday was a mess. The days have been blurring together and I totally forgot to plan out and prepare meals for the quarter end sales push. Work was supposed to be smooth. Between mentoring calls, friends in crisis, last minute sales, and a host of other things it was a grab and go type of day. Got exercise in but most food was not recorded so I have no idea if I was within calorie goal. 5th pass day used. Will go back and log as best as I can.7

Another Pass Day4

I forgot to say I think I've got a good chance of qualifying. I've used all my pass days up but no plans ahead that look like I might need to go over calories or not track. Should be able to fit exercise in too.4

This is my post for Thursday and Friday as for some reason unable to get in but on Thursday I met all three along with Friday. I plan on bring in the winners circle for June!3

I see many having problems getting on - here too.
@russaliak2313 - Happy Belated Birthday!
@oldDogBiking - I am up in the white mountains in NH for a bit. I brought my mountain bike up as you have inspired me to ride. I suppose this will involve climbing (cuz...mountains) but I’m planning to stick to lower trails and paths. I have a tendency to make first attempts way beyond my capabilities but I am happy to say that, although I considered it, I opted not to take my bike up in the gondola and blindly “ride” down from the top (plus my husband voiced his adamant opposition to that brilliant idea). That’s pretty much the opposite of a climb. I’ve been doing climbs on my indoor cycle. It will be interesting to try to balance and avoid things outdoors. I will let you know if “interesting” is the right word choice after. The balancing part is making me nervous. It’s not one of my stronger skills.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 3.5 mile run
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I've used all 3 of my Pass Days, so I will need to stay on the straight and narrow in order to be in the Winner's Circle. Definitely doable but getting through the weekend within my calorie budget is always a bit of a challenge. The weekend is when I generally give my 60 year old legs a rest from the running I do during the week, so that means I'm not burning as many calories which means less calories to work with. But I will do my best, not only to be in the Winner's Circle, but because I'm hoping to lose another 0.5 to 1 lb by the end of the month!
June 1st - 141.6 lbs (after weekend binge, Sat May 30 I was 138.6)
Today - 137.2
Goal for June 30 - under 137
Goal for July 31 - under 135

I certainly tried to post here (to no avail), and I went back and updated each day once I was online again, but technically there was a 3-day period when I did not successfully post anything in the group.
Exercise - Yes - it's an off day for running, so went for a brisk 5 mile walk instead
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes, along with the rare satisfaction of picture-perfect macros for the day
I too have had the same issues. Must be a glitch in the system. I did find one time that I was able to log in on the web and not the app.
I could be wrong but if you try to log in or do not have internet as long as you do it when you can it does not disqualify you. It is done on the honor system so that seems reasonable. How about it @RangerRickL? It would be a shame to work so hard and not be able to make it through no fault of your own.3 -
Not qualifying this month - but hats off to all who have! I've got something going on medically that I need to address...but I'm sticking with my commitment on here. If you happen to be prayerful - would you pray for me to (a) get myself to go to a doctor...rather stubborn in this area... and (b) for healing.3

Please take care and get to a doctor. You are in my thoughts2 -
@jillebean86 I definitely think you're still in the running. Several people mentioned having technical difficulties, as did I. For me I was unable to sync my Fitbit and MFP, and I couldn't open Community on my phone.
As long as you exercised, tracked, and were under then you're good. You can just write the names of the three days where you had technical difficulties but note that you fulfilled the three obligations on those days.2 -

A quick story to spur you onwards!
Do it for Pamela (name. Hanged)
A busy mother of 3 felt a lump in her breast & went to an urgent care. They felt a small lump, and told her to see her doctor for a mammogram etc. right away. Pamela finally made the appointment NINE MONTHS later!!!
Stage VI cancer - she did all the treatments- but sadly died a short time later. Age: 47.
Every since then, if I’m hesitant or “too busy,” I Do It For Pamela. I make the appointment right away.
Also, I don’t complain about birthdays & getting older. In honor of Pamela.
1. Get phone number
2. Dial Number
3. Make appointment
4. Record it in calendar
You’re done!!! ❤️5 -

One of my close friends has beaten breast cancer twice because she caught it early both times. She is a constant reminder to get those checkups when we should and not delay them.3 -
@MadisonMolly2017 Thanks for that word of wisdom!

@Dory_42 You too are a voice of encouragement and compassion.
