- got some good climb in this morning.
- weight went under a decade boundary on weigh in.
ugh - my gps watch died during that ride. My watch is getting to where its charge won't last for the duration. Then I check and see, there is a history button on that watch. The data is in there but it won't come out and bluetooth to the app or the internet.
So I know that I got that climb increment towards my coveted Strava digital merit badge but that data won't go on record.
Ack. Here's to my obsession with those numbers. I only need 700 of climb to get that merit badge but Strava thinks I need 2700.
Maybe I'll do 2700 over tomorrow and tuesday and record it with my smart phone.
I know ! I will do a 1350 climb and record it in two streams. One stream on my watch and one stream on my smart phone.
Pretty weird mentality I got.
Buddy came over today. I love hanging out with that little guy.

June is winding down. Soon we will.be halfway through with the year.😳😒. Where has it gone?? Hope that if this has been a good month with your health/fitness goals they continue. If not hang in there.... each new month brings both challenges and opportunities. Thanks for each of your well thought out comments...so encouraging.

I haven’t posted in the last few days, and am going to bow out this month, but hope to get a bit more strength and join in for July. I lost my boyfriend of 10 years about 2.5 months ago suddenly. Some days and some moments I find joy and motivation, some days are horrendous.
I wanted to share this because sometimes I think we (myself included) push ourselves into a place of how we “should” be eating or “should” be working out. There are days and times when we have to take care of ourselves and sometimes that looks like just surviving for a bit. You guys have inspired me, and I’m excited to get back into a good place. See you soon!13 -

No on both calories and exercise, but I did log everything. It was a travel day, flew back from Florida to Utah. I went less than 100 calories over my 1,500 goal, so nothing terrible. It was my first day over 1,500 calories in over a year.
No winner's circle for me this month, but I am sure going to give July a shot!

I am also becoming increasingly frustrated with the MFP app and website. They really need to fix something.
Yes to exercise and tracking, but no to staying under in calories.
My birthday was last Monday and my fiancé’s was Saturday, so we did not exactly eat our best but that’s okay. I’ve lost over 5 inches this month so I will take that as progress. 😊4 -

Exercise - yes, 3 hours of dog walking (but a easy flat walk along the river to give him a break after yesterday's hike)
Calories - again, I didn't track my calories today.

But on a positive note, I am one step closer to my goal of being back under 135 lbs.
