Day 2 - Yes x3
Exercise was about an hour of vinyasa yoga, making me feel muscles I haven't use in a while. I love to use "O'm Yoga w/ Mary O'meara"'s videos, she's got some of the best yoga workouts! As well as "Five Parks Yoga w/ Erin Sampson". I always turn to walking & yoga when needing to reintroduce myself back into a workout routine, it really wakes up the body and gets the circulation going and warms up the cold muscles & joints before I finally dive back into my usual strength & sometimes HIIT routines. Had a super yummy dinner with avocado toast that I topped with nori & broiled tofu & onion.
@BMcC9 thanks for the support and the heads up about adjusting my calories as my weight changes! My biggest goal is to lose and then maintain so that'll be interesting.8 -
Yes x 3 for moi👍🏿 Big congrats to the June winner’s circle 👏🏿8

Yes, yes, and yes. Though my exercise was limited to a kind of yardwork project. I am building a stand for our garbage cans.9

Exercise - Yes - went for a 6.33 mile run/walk, which turned out to be much more walking than I would've liked because of the heat and humidity today. I think I'll need to plan for more runs in the early morning and late evening.
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes - I was starving for most of the day after that more-exertive-than-it-should-have-been run... and there was leftover birthday cake! I ate back a good amount of calories, but still ended up >500 calories below MFP's estimate for the day (my goal is weight loss, so this is a good thing).7 -
@raven23uk Wow! That is a lot of exercise!

Exercise: my favorite time with my horses is when I am working with children and my horses. Today and the next couple of holiday days, I have grandchildren here at the farm. Both the horses and I do lots of walking and children do the riding. 90 minutes today.
Calories: no problem today

I wish every day was July! Another amazing day in the pool. Where I live we only get 100 full sun days. Sun is my drug! I’m not hungry, I could just sit all day in the sun! Yes to all 3!
Treadmill and then the pool! Only ate 2 meals and no snacking. Not bragging, I can eat all day long in the Winter! Just acknowledging11 -

yes x 3 for me. I am finding that most weekdays I get a few hours of exercise in at work, which is convenient. I'm also finding that weekends are becoming a struggle to get activity in, because after the five previous days? I'm really tired and don't feel like moving at all, especially on Saturdays, LOL...but I do it.8

@HASWLRS - thank you, thank you.

budget yesHappy at weigh in this morning. GW + 3. That ain't bad. Not much left of last winter's weight gain. Say this every year, "I ain't gonna do that again this winter."
I think my winter weight was +10 lbs. Well, maybe 15...
Exercise - got my standard climb. It was tranquil. No motor traffic for upwards of 2 hours. Seen 1 bicycle and some ladies walking or hiking.
I got this weird goal of getting to 1 million feet of climb. I am 86% there. Might be able to make it to that this year. Started tracking that in Oct of '16. Didn't exactly have that goal in mind back then.7 -
Yes for all three! Walked the pup and managed to stay under my calories for the day.6

See my post from yesterday. I took a nasty fall yesterday, so Thursday was a bit miserable. Didn't feel like eating, cooking was hard work on my bruised legs and couldn't do any exercise.8
-
@Chinkiri, sorry you had that nasty fall. I fell a few years ago, and it left me feeling vulnerable, I was shocked that I could just go down like that. But the physical injuries, and blow to my confidence got better with time. Take it easy on yourself, and allow yourself to gently heal.
Yes x 3 for me today. Tried my run/walking with my dog. Dang, I can feel the shin splints creeping in already. I'm going to back off on the running part for a few days.6 -

Yesterday was not such a good day. I have been having issues with my left shoulder for a while now. Xrays showed arthritis so far, I have been in OT all of June. I do have a follow up with my GP on Wednesday, but I still have days were it hurts worse than others. Yesterday was a "hurts worse" day. After my bike ride, I took a shower, then ended up taking the 1st of 2 doses of my Tramadol for the day, therefore, I wasn't hungry. I still made myself eat something in the evening so MFP wouldn't "yell" at me for not eating enough cals, and I made sure I was going to be "within guidelines" for here!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. DId a 11.77 miles bike ride in 62 mins.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, under by 982 cals.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I did.2
