Yesterday, @BMcC9 mentioned and recommended to a new team member to check out the "What's on your Mind' section.
That area has become a fun place to go deeper than just posting your daily 'exercise; calories; and tracking". For several years, nobody (including me) ever used that section. Then, a few of the cool kids started meeting there and exchanging interesting stories, micro-nutrients, the other fun stuff.
I'm don't patrol that part of the community as I usually spend about an hour a day just keeping the gears working around here.
I recommend you check it out if you like to share at a deeper level.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 60 min mod brisk walking . Total 10500 including housework + strength yoga.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Just about .
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes13 -
3x yes.
I walked the puppies this morning, but was kinda feeling ambivalent if I wanted to count that, so I stuck in a gentle stretch/yoga class after work, which felt so good. Must make more time for that on days when I'm doing other exercise too.15 -
3rd July
Cuts and bruises, due to a fall on Wednesday, much better today. I managed to hobble to the local shop this afternoon, so that was my 20 minutes exercise; slow walking, but that's how long it took me!
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Still doing easy food, but hopefully better nutrition next week. Luckily I have lots of nice things in the freezer.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I have optimistically booked a swimming pool session for Monday and am slowly walking to see a friend tomorrow, 20 minutes each way.
Wish you Americans a happy 4th July tomorrow! Which days are you celebrating in Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, Turkey, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland? When's ANZAC Day? Do we have any other nationalities in UAC? Our next one here in France is July 14th, Bastille Day. The Dutch don't have anything now for ages ...18 -
Hi all day 3
Exercise 20 minute zumba you tube
Calories under budget
Tracked all food n drink
Have a great Friday xx13 -
The next celebration in South Africa is 9 August which is Women's Day. Although I have my birthday before that and surprisingly the entire country doesn't celebrate it.
Today was mostly good. Tough run but the sunrise was worth it. Saw coach for the first time since March and he says I've lost weight. Scale only down about 3kgs but I've converted lots of fat to muscle so I do look better. Evening rolling did not go as planned and ended early for me with a bad asthma attack. Ok food choices, mostly because I didn't have any energy left to make supper, but I'm within my budget.13 -
Yes to all three
Exercise was a 5k run in 32 minutes and 25.minutes of ring fit.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 9km run, 1.5 hour walk with my 4 legged friend.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, nicely under today!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
I like days like this. A nice easy tick of a good day! Wasn't overly hungry, and felt accomplished with work projects!
Off for a beach hike tomorrow! I haven't seen the sea since before the covid lockdown began in March. I can't wait! Will try to get another run in before we leave in the morning to make sure I'm covered for a restaurant lunch.10 -
Was half transport, half office day for me today. Still got 121 minutes of exercise in, and 3.25 miles under my belt. Logged everything, still coming in under goal. 💪10

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 90 minutes weeding, plus trimming limbs. The super hot temps sent me indoors. I hope I can go back out before dark to finish the work -- but it's still 91 F (32.8 C)

Yes X 3
July 3
Exercise Yes
Between cleaning tidying and organizing for about 2 1/2 hrs then food shopping at Krogers (I usually have several items that I miss between the sale circular and my list so have to usually double back several times...gives me more steps so it's all good) plenty of exercise and am about to walk the doggie before bed time. I think I may even get to turn in early.
Calories Yes
Lots to spare today.
Tracked Yes11 -
Yesx3; 30 min walk outside post dinner with toddler. With it being so hot outside evening walks are more tolerable. Also checks off my target of getting outside each day.7

Yes, yes & yes. My goal for exercise for this challenge is to climb the stairs in my house for 20 minutes. I try for 5 intervals of 4 minutes each and I go up and down 12 times. The idea is that no matter the weather, the time of year or if the gym is closed (Covid-19) I have no excuse not to get some cardio in daily. Hopefully it will set a good daily habit as I have a very sedentary job (a desk job).10

Pass day
Was slightly over my goal, but still below maintenance calorie level, esp knowing I wanted to keep it low due to the UAC and my own goals.
Did 25 min bodyweight exercises but not a walk as it was 96 and humid. Plans to wake up early and walk tomorrow when it's 8 degrees cooler8 -
Yes, yes and yes, a 44 minute evening walk. The day started out slowly, but ended really well.6

Yes x 3. Tough night as I am trying to desensitize 13 week old puppy to fireworks. Unfortunately. I will have lots of opportunities suncecfireworks are legal here for another 5 or 6 days.6

Day 3- Yes x3
45 minute vinyasa yoga, then 50 minute brisk walk, then cleaned the house for about 30 minutes.
My fam left the house until tomorrow so I ended up sleeping in really late (because the house is finally quiet lol) and didn't get out of bed until 11am. Waking up late leaves me feeling super low energy, and on days like today I probably wouldn't have done much besides stay in bed. It took until 2pm to finally get my day going but I'm so happy I actually did a bunch of active & productive things rather than waste away. I thought it was gonna rain but the weather suddenly turned bright & sunny and I would've felt guilty for wasting a good walk in the nice weather so I hauled *kitten* and got it done and I was worn out by the time I got home but it was worth it. Got the house tidied so when everyone comes home it won't look so cluttered and dusty. I'm officially exhausted, but it was energy well spent.9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 21 minute exergame brisk walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - laid back day, but fortunately the calorie-intake was also on the lower level, so even with only the minimal exercise level met, was still well within balance-point.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
