Exercise: Unfortunately not feeling well, so although I did tons of housework, no other exercise, so for me it's a pass day.
Calories: Pretty much stayed in calories as didn't log any of the chores, but very close
Logging: yup, even carrots logged! Everything but the tea without any sugar which I don't ever log

Today my exercise was just lots of walking, bushwalk and by the river. I don't normally think of that as "counting" as exercise, but at 20k steps I'll take it.
Logged all my food, and feeling good.11 -

Nearly all physical activity counts as exercise. That includes walking, cleaning your house, playing tag with the kids, walking your dog, etc. This doesn't mean you should do the bare minimum every day if you're capable of much more. If you want results, you have to challenge yourself, but for the purpose of the Ultimate Accountability Challenge, 20 minutes of any kind of exercise will suffice.
So if you were a Yes on the other two report-questions - which it seems you were - then it doesn't have to be a pass day .... (there IS a "cardio exercise entry" for housecleaning - you could always take credit for only a % portion of that as an exercise entry if it seems over-generous to what you felt you were doing .... )8 -

5th July
Like the good girl I am, I did exactly what @RangerRickL told me and had a rest. Walked to the shop and back, 10 minutes, and counted the 30 minutes I spent cleaning as exercise too @BMcC9 and @battlebarbie. I got my partner to sweep and mop the terrace and water the plants.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Very simple food today, as I was having a rest.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
My cuts have now formed solid looking scabs, so I am risking a gentle swim tomorrow. Bought myself not one, but two new swimming caps, as the wretched things keep tearing and you are not allowed to swim without.
Eaten everything on my plan, so I am now going to watch Spartacus with a large bottle of fizzy water, lots of ice and lots of lemon. I'll finally get those recommended 8 glasses of water down me. It's still hot, 29°, but it's been 35° most of the day.9 -

Today was a bit more relaxed than originally planned. Managed to get lots of housework and all the ironing done ready for the week ahead! When my house is calm, my mind if calm.
We were supposed to meet with friends at the river, but after the beach yesterday the idea of being with a load of people horrified me. I am grateful to have such an understanding partner so instead he made an excuse for me and we took the bike out. Definitely more relaxing!

Yesx3. Took the toddler to the splash pad and had to wrestle to get him back home. I’m sure that has to count as cardio 😂. 30mins walk outside too. Got back to spinning yesterday. So very sore today and got a lot of rest too - in-line with Rick’s theme for today6

Nice bike we had one only red and black. My husband and I both now have spyders so much easier but still a great ride.
I logged managed to barely stay under and swam in the pool for 20 minutes6 -

Today's activities were spent focused on doing mostly chores. I had no time for a real workout but I've been on my feet moving around for maybe 3 hours total? Seems like today a few of us spent our energy on housecleaning and chores lol, well I can tell it counts as my workout cuz I am exhausted and my legs sore. Time for bedtime yoga. 💪🧘♂️5 -

Ate sensibly rather than maxing out like I've been the last few weeks. Trying to be better before vacation. Then, even though my husband didn't feel like joining, I went out for a 45 min evening walk after dinner Had kiwi for dessert rather than chocolate. Felt great!4 -
Yes, yes & yes. I was beat today; a few wakeful nights caught up with me. I had to do shorter intervals on my stair climbing but I got it done. I also struggled a bit with being hungry today but managed to stay under. This challenge accomplished this as otherwise I would have given up the stair climbing and ate over calories without it. Thank you Ranger Rick for organizing this. It's already proving to be quite beneficial!!5

Not a chore day here - but slept in for the fifth day in a row .... S I G H short start-of-summer break ends today and alarm clock gets turned back on tonight.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? --- yes, brisk-walked on the mini-trampoline to my exergame for ~ 45 minutes plus after supper outdoor stroll with DH for ~25mins

Pass day #2 for me. I semi planned the weekend to be indulgent, I only wish the holiday was midmonth instead of at the beginning.
I'm planning to keep momentum from June, and attack the rest of July very intentionally. For years I've maintained my current weight, give or take 6 lbs... But I'm still very much in the overweight category and have a good 20-30 to loose. I've done great in the last 7 weeks and I need to break through to that next level. Summer here I come!5 -
