@lowcalorielovepotion Exactly. I have a very simple nutrition plan in my life. It is: Choose the healthy option the majority of the time.
This allows me to have anything I want, but the unhealthy options stay in small quantities and work as treats (I don't think of it as cheating) rather than staple supplies.
The only exception to that plan is when my asthma is troubling me, then I will add a clause to avoid wheat where possible as this is one of my triggers.6 -

Calories: Nope, today was way over my deficit. It didn't help the fact that I had the day off from work and just ended up eating whatever I wanted. I'll get back in track on the 7th but this day is gonna have to be a pass for me

Yes x 3 - exercise was a super long walk back from dropping my car at the the garage, and also th last of week 1 in couch to 5k. Scared myself a bit finding out how easy it is to eat back all the exercise calories though, need to be a bit more mindful today.8

Exercise: yes, just barely to be honest, the weather hasn't been very forgiving lately. There's been floods everywhere and warnings on the news to not go out much unless absolutely necessary..
Calories: yes! I'm very happy I managed to get back to it after the pass day I had. It can be so hard to get back on track after a couple of days off unplanned fun, so this is good for me!

@heffalump2014, sorry about your knee pain! At least you can control what you eat so you can still stay "on track". As far as exercise, how does your knee feel when you sit? I have heard there are some good seated exercise videos on the internet, although I haven't checked them out personally.4 -

@heffalump2014, sorry about your knee pain! At least you can control what you eat so you can still stay "on track". As far as exercise, how does your knee feel when you sit? I have heard there are some good seated exercise videos on the internet, although I haven't checked them out personally.
@cjane917 had to use them for a while. She might be able to recommend specifics2 -
