Morning walk for an hour, 25 min workout, and then afternoon walk for almost an hour. Was fun!7 -

I got up at 4:30 a.m. to do active stretching before going out to the barn to feed the horses. I sat outside in the early morning light and had a cup of coffee. After that cup, I exercised a horse and then exercised on a horse. It was a brilliant morning ride.
