    Another fabulous day! My daughter’s birthday! We took her out to lunch and shopping. She’s an artist! Then we hosted all of her friends for a pool party and s’mores!
    I stayed under even with the s’more!

    I hope and pray that this is not her last birthday being allowed to be with people! She was so happy!

    Exercise: yes, just barely to be honest, the weather hasn't been very forgiving lately. There's been floods everywhere and warnings on the news to not go out much unless absolutely necessary..
    Calories: yes! I'm very happy I managed to get back to it after the pass day I had. It can be so hard to get back on track after a couple of days off unplanned fun, so this is good for me!

    Sadly this is my third pass day and if my knee doesn’t improve neither will my exercise record.

    @heffalump2014, sorry about your knee pain! At least you can control what you eat so you can still stay "on track". As far as exercise, how does your knee feel when you sit? I have heard there are some good seated exercise videos on the internet, although I haven't checked them out personally.
