Yes, yes & yes. I didn't do my stairs which was my July goal for exercise but it was a busy work day so I will let my nightly swim be my exercise today.

Yesx3. Comfortably under on calories but only 30 mins of activity- morning walk with toddler. Busy day - but shouldn’t be an excuse. Have to do better. Good night

This is our 41st wedding anniversary❣️❣️
We walked this morning & will go for a hike in a state part later when it’s cooler.

Everything in my body wants to go eat out at a favorite place, but we are not. Safety first!

Instead my husband has swept, washed, and disinfected the table and arbor area in back & a week ago I purchased ingredients for what we each would have ordered.

We’ll eat outdoors which we never seem to do & make it a special time here at home with our charming “fairy lights” and some music!

    #EverythingChangesExceptOurLoveForEachOther❤️

    Happy Anniversary!

    8july
Exercise yes 45 minute brisk walk
    Calories Yes came under again
    Track everything yes

The penguins bite more than any other animal I work with, including all the reptiles! But they can be very cute especially our fluffy babies. Despite the bites, I do love my job and am abundantly blessed to get to spend my days with all these creatures.

@MadisonMolly2017 Happy anniversary! You got married less than 2 weeks before my first birthday so have basically been married my whole life. That's so awesome!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 9km run, 3 hours of walking with my dog
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Today started out really well, but perhaps I didn't refuel sufficiently after the morning run and walk. The rest of the day I felt so unsatisfied and just wanted to snack! Luckily tomorrow is my weekly shopping day, so we didn't have too much left for me do a lot of damage to my calorie goal. On Friday I will have a high protein breakfast after the exercise and see if it helps me get through the day without constantly looking in the kitchen!

Exercise : No , due to severe knee pain🙁

Sadly this is my third pass day and if my knee doesn’t improve neither will my exercise record.

@heffalump2014, sorry about your knee pain! At least you can control what you eat so you can still stay "on track". As far as exercise, how does your knee feel when you sit? I have heard there are some good seated exercise videos on the internet, although I haven't checked them out personally.

@cjane917 had to use them for a while. She might be able to recommend specifics

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 30 min of morning yoga.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, was so tired that went to bed at 7pm, so that helped cut down my calories for the day haha
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Despite the rain, I was able to get in a 2 mile, 40 min walk before my doctor's appointment.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No idea, see below
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No. I didn't eat before the appt in case they decided to do bloodwork. They did not. After that, I had 2 stores to go to that were next to the Dr's office, including the Dollar Tree, and I impulsively, naughtily bought some snacky foods in which I nibbled all day.

    Pass Day #2.

The first one to three months are often mostly self-discovery / new levels of self-awareness as you discover patterns you didn't really realize you were doing (or maybe you did, but weren't ready to acknowledge you did ... )

No matter what the final pass count, just keep reporting in and exploring to find the self-sustaining strategies that fit your personality and situation.

I actually had a sore foot, but ended up just biking instead of walking. Sorry I can't be of more help!

@heffalump2014 there is any amount of good suggestions here

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10802217/ankle-injury-will-not-stop-me-upper-body-regimen

including be sure to get guidance from the medical / physio therapy professional community.

in the meantime, as @Dory_42 suggested, you can at least keep working on the other two Daily question aspects as you heal (there have been others who had to "stop counting the passes" due to illness or what-have-you from time to time.

Do what you can until you can do more (safely)
